Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be able to arrange an exchange or refund within 14-days on certain products only. Due to the custom-made nature of vinyl labels, they cannot be returned or refunded.  All shipping charges are non-refundable and return delivery fees will apply. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee on the price of the item.

Items may be returned within 14-days in their original packaging and receipt. If you would like to make a return, contact info@timelessdesignsdecor.com to determine eligibility for a refund before sending the items back. Please include the reason for the return, your name, and your order number.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and upon inspection of the item. A refund will be processed to the original payment method if applicable. Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the banking establishment.  

Delivery Disclaimers

We reserve the right to deny exchanges or returns on products that have been damaged, misused or are not in new condition. We may also decline exchanges or refunds not made within 14-days.
